Use a garland and hang ginger snaps on it. Mark them with days and eat continiously one each and every day until Christmas. And maybe some in between
Make a display with clothespin, decorate them and hang small gifts for each day
Make a display of envelopes and put small quotes, yours or famous ones in them.
